Robert Wright
Founding member and partner, Denver Colorado Hemp Exchange and DCHÉ

Robert Wright, is another highly accomplished grower and entrepreneur. Wright has helped launch several major industrial hemp farms in Colorado, and has major marketing presence in the industrial hemp industry. Wright has the ability to coordinate, manage, and operate satellite farms through an extensive network of master growers he has built over the years. Wright is now in his 4th season of growing industrial hemp. With experience in everything from  irrigation to marketing and processing of the hemp materials, Wright leads our company in direction.

Maurice Williams
Co-Founder, Denver Colorado Hemp Exchange and DCHÉ

Maurice Williams is a true entrepreneur by nature. Prior to entering the Hemp industry, he managed a successful marketing and event coordinating firm based in Houston, TX for twelve years. He brings the same business principles of not cutting corners and consistently works toward ensuring the highest ethical standards in business and farming practices are met. Maurice wants Denver Colorado Hemp Exchange products and services to encourage other growers to improve their standards as well. He is dedicated to truth, transparency, and strides to bring the multifaceted benefits of Hemp to the masses.

James Owen Miller III
Owner of HXP Hemp

James Miller is a highly accomplished master grower with extensive experience in building, running and maintaining large scale marijuana and hemp cultivation facilities, including but not limited to, developing and maintaining grow house procedures and protocols, working with contractors and architects in the design of such facilities, and managing building processes.

In 2004, James became one of the youngest in the State of Colorado to gain a caretaker license for growing medical marijuana and has been cultivating for patients ever since. Through his extensive experience, Mr. Miller has mastered all advanced forms of cannabis cultivation for large scale application with emphasis in naturals, hydroponic and aeroponic cultivation. Mr. Miller is also skilled in advanced techniques of propagating clones, and is familiar with the different genetic expressions of the cannabis plant for breeding specific phytochemical profiles.

Mr. Miller has considerable knowledge pertaining to a variety of extraction techniques. His specialty is large-scale cryo-ethanol extraction. He has a comprehensive understanding of how machines work and has worked hand in hand with manufacturers on improvement and implementation of enhancements to maximize productivity and efficiency.

Jay Shields
CEO, SCM, Jay Shields Promotions, Denver Colorado Hemp Exchange and DCHÉ

Jay Shields is CEO of the Southern Coalition Movement, Jay Shields Promotions, DCHÉ and a partner with Denver Colorado Hemp Exchange. He has more than 20 years of experience in networking, marketing, event planning and promotion. Jay Shields Promotions is a full service music promotion company specializing in promoting indie and major artists offering online music promotion, radio promotion, event planning and promotion, artist development, guerrilla marketing, and branding. He has been nominated for and won multiple awards, earned an RIAA certified platinum plaque for music promotion of several platinum singles and has been presented with the “Man of the Decade” award.

In 2006, Jay Shields launched the Southern Coalition Movement (S.C.M.) which became a one-stop-shop for everything an artist or small business owner would need. SCM is the main networking hub for multiple royalty paying radio stations, a nationwide print and global online magazine, an annual awards show that attracts people from around the world, a graphic design company, promotional company, nationwide and global DJ coalition.

Aside from the typical promotion, SCM provides branding, strategic marketing taking the client’s product to the next level, product placement to maximize success of that product, public relations, and more. In 2008, SCM started and hosted an annual charity event providing clothes, shoes and school supplies to underprivileged kids and voter registration drives in black communities. For more than six years, SCM donated more than 3000 pairs of shoes and countless school supplies to children throughout Memphis and in Little Rock, AR. 

Jay Shields specializes in product promotion and conducts extensive market research to find answers about consumer habits and trends. He also brainstorms and develops ideas for creative marketing campaigns, and product branding, and advertising.

Website and Graphic Designer, Denver Colorado Hemp Exchange and DCHÉ

RaeShantael is the owner of RaeGrafix Web & Graphic Designs and works as the official designer and webmaster of both Denver Colorado Hemp Exchange and DCHÉ. She has more than 15 years of experience in both website and graphic design with a degree in graphic design. Her clientele is extensive reaching from Germany and London to Jamaica and many states within America. She has designed websites and graphics for United States Senators, Non-Profit Charity organizations, Mega-churches, celebrities, as well as many small business owners and million dollar corporations. She also specializes in content development, website optimization and SEO optimization with keywording.

Cassidy Fronk
Director of Logistics and Account Manager, Denver Colorado Hemp Exchange and DCHÉ

With 15 years of multi-industry logistics experience, Cassidy consistently demonstrates a knack for product acquisition. This is rivaled only by her affinity for operating a well-oiled fulfillment machine. Armed with 6 years of customer service management experience as well, Cassidy plays an instrumental role keeping company visionaries organized and focused as our day-to-day operations increase in breadth and complexity.

On top of her significant business acumen, Cassidy has expanded her skillset to include social media algorithm analyses, SEO protocol adherence and QC optimization to accelerate company projections.

LOUIS AND JENNIFER SMITH
Medicinal Marijuana and CBD Products, Smith Family Pharms

Louis and Jennifer Smith are a married couple who became involved in Cannabis  when the industry first achieved legal status in the state of Colorado. With a deep understanding and commitment to the medicinal properties of the plant they co-founded one of the first edible companies in the state known as Candy Girls. Jennifer participated in the 40th annual NORML Conference and the 1st High Times Cannabis Cup in Colorado as a spokesperson on the panel.

Since, Jennifer has focused on product R&D. Louis, SME on all types and stages of growing the Cannabis plant, built and operated grows ranging from small home gardens to industrial-scale establishments. Having a background in Fire Suppression, Louis has gained a formidable amount of knowledge regarding irrigation and water distribution systems.

Through his years of experience, Louis has developed IPM protocols to combat and diagnose many pests, diseases and other pathogens that are common to growing Cannabis. Their latest endeavor is forming Smith Family Pharms with the purpose of growing high CBD Hemp and making CBD products.

Bobbie Manivanh
Media Director

Coming from the television and film industry, Bobbie Manivanh brings a unique arsenal of skills to the company. Educated in directing and producing at The Art Institute of Dallas, Manivanh has also attended business school, further strengthening her utilitarian skill set. Since 2006, she has produced numerous commercials, promo videos, music videos as well as completing 3 movie projects to boot. Her latest film endeavor was a tour de force, winning eight awards and screening at multiple festivals. Currently, Manivanh produces and engineers podcasts for her clients as well as hosting her own streaming content. Her ability to combine classical TV/film methodologies with the dynamic world of digital content creation is a recipe for success for our company’s vision.

José Salas
Director of Technology, CBG Hemp Farm Coordinator

José Salas has experience as a wireless sensor network system developer for an Irrigation Engineering project while studying at the University of Nebraska. He also worked in the IT Department of a major supermarket chain from 2010 until 2012. He later moved to Colorado and began growing MMJ for patients until 2015 and became IT Director of an alternative wellness clinic in 2016.

In January of 2018, José joined the hemp industry and has farmed and brokered for some of the top brands and companies in Colorado’s CBD industry with farming experience in Colorado, North Carolina, and South Carolina. He currently works as Chief Goofball for DCHÉ and also farm manager for a CBG Hemp farm collective in the southeast region of the USA.

Brandon Wildenstein
Director of Operations

Brandon, another cannabis community veteran, helped launch one of Colorado Springs’ first dispensaries in 2010, CTC. With vast experience and knowledge in grow build-outs, Wildenstein was brought in to ensure excellent SOP adherence for both plant maintenance and cultivar selection.

With over 10 years of experience, Brandon has become an asset when it comes to marketing and networking throughout the industry. In 2014, Wildenstein was brought in to launch yet another dispensary, High Country Healing, where he helped manage both Trim and Grow operations.

With all of this experience under his belt, Wildenstein started WTC consultations in 2016. Consulting in all aspects of hemp and cannabis, this venture has led to several partnerships and contracts with industry leaders, and major players in the Hemp/CBD market.
